Zeyda Erol is a holistic success and productivity coach, community builder, and social entrepreneur.
She supports self-employed professionals, and founders, in creating more clarity, balance, and momentum in both their work and personal lives. Through her coaching practice, she works with themes such as procrastination, sustainable productivity, life and business transitions, and designing work in a way that truly fits who someone is.
Alongside her coaching work, Zeyda founded the Bezuidenhout Social Club, a social initiative in The Hague focused on building meaningful connections and reducing social isolation among English-speaking residents.
Drawing on her own experience of rebuilding community after moving countries, she creates low-threshold, welcoming spaces where people can connect, reflect, and feel a sense of belonging.
With a background in design, project management, and years of experience working across international environments, Zeyda brings a grounded, practical, and human approach to both her coaching and community work.

Guest Facilitator
Adina Ciocoiu is a cultural professional, therapist, and facilitator with a deep passion for working with the mind, relationships, and human connection.
At the heart of her work is a genuine curiosity about what brings people closer to themselves and to one another, creating spaces where reflection, dialogue, and genuine connection can unfold — especially across differences.
Professionally, Adina works at the intersection of culture, education, and digital heritage, supporting cultural institutions in making meaningful use of their digital collections and creating spaces where knowledge and expertise can be shared openly and collaboratively.
Alongside this, she follows a second professional path in her private practice as a Gestalt therapist, counsellor, coach, workshop facilitator, and Reiki practitioner. In this work, she explores the body–mind–spirit connection and how our inner worlds are shaped by, and reflected in, the societies we live in.
Adina supports individuals, couples, groups, students, teams, and entrepreneurs, working in English, Romanian, and Dutch — both in the Netherlands and online.
Her presence is thoughtful, grounded, and inviting, creating a safe and reflective space where people can slow down, tune in, and meet themselves and others with more awareness and compassion.
