📣 This edition of the Community Circle Morning will be guided by our guest facilitator: Adina Ciocoiu

🌿 About Adina:

Adina works with culture, education, and the mind.

With her practice, The Library Within, she supports cultural institutions with digital heritage strategy, and in private practice, she is a Gestalt therapist, coach, workshop facilitator, and Reiki practitioner.

Adina’s work centres on the body–mind–spirit connection and relational awareness. She offers sessions and gatherings in English, Romanian, and Dutch.

🌿 About the session:

In this gentle, experiential gathering, Adina will invite us to explore being present with ourselves and others through mindful relational practices rooted in Gestalt awareness. Together we’ll:

• Tune into the present moment and notice what’s alive within us

• Practice dialogic awareness — relating authentically with another person

• Cultivate deeper listening, presence, and curiosity

• Share reflections and insights in a supportive circle
  

This session is not about performance or perfection — it’s about honest presence, authentic connection, and shared human experience.

• Meaningful, embodied connection

• Self-reflective presence and mindful listening

No prior experience is needed — just openness and curiosity.

No last-minute walk-ins.

With the aim of keeping our sessions social but also "cosy", we keep the size of the group to a limited number.
