Join our club's team at this fun puzzle-solving evening.

These aren’t your typical Sudoku or crossword puzzles.

Think of creative challenges that combine logic problems, cryptograms, word searches, riddles, and wordplay.

Similar to escape rooms but on paper – you’ll need to figure out WHAT to do before you can solve them!

New to puzzle events? 

Don’t worry!

Teams work together, hints are always available, and there are no winners – just the satisfaction of solving something tricky.

If you enjoy logic, words, or problem-solving, you’ll love this.

What is Puzzled Pint?

Puzzled Pint is a worldwide puzzle event that happens on the second Tuesday of each month in cities across the globe.

This one is hosted on the Saturday after the second Tuesday of the month by the Dutch Language Cafe.

How the evening works

• 19:00 Arrive, get settled, grab a drink from the bar

• 19:15 We form teams of 3-5 people

• 19:20-22:00 Solve puzzles together! Work at your own pace, ask for hints anytime, celebrate breakthroughs

• Collaborative, not competitive – No winners, no time pressure. Just fun!

• Creative challenges – Crosswords, cryptograms, logic puzzles, wordplay, pattern recognition

• Smartphones encouraged – Some puzzles need research or tools

• Friendly atmosphere – Get stuck? Ask for hints! We want you to succeed

• Global community – Part of a worldwide monthly event

• Monthly themes – Each month features different themed puzzles (no prior knowledge needed)

All puzzle materials provided

Pens, pencils, scratch paper, scissors, tape (though feel free to bring your own)

Hints whenever you need them

Drinks available at the bar

Do I need experience?

Nope!

While puzzle experience helps, complete beginners are welcome.

You’ll be in a team, so you can learn from others.

The main requirements are a love of problem-solving and strong English skills.

Some puzzles can be quite challenging, but that’s part of the fun – and hints are always free!

Teams

We form teams of 3-5 people on the night.

Many people come alone, but you are welcome to bring friends as well!
